Witches and Hoes Halloween!!

Rehearsals with my new Celebrity Century cast have been crazy!! We have been at it non stop 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, learning 3 production shows!!!! It is definitely a lot harder than I thought it would be!!! However, our cast is amazing and we had so much fun hanging out together on Freemont Street in Las Vegas for Halloween!!  We were the three hocus pocus witches, or, just a red head, brunette, and a blonde, so it happened to work out!  We were quite the hit on Freemont St and had random people asking to take pictures with us every minute of the night!!! hahahaha The Century isn’t going to know what hit it!!! :p  (oooooo bad cruise ship joke……… :/ lol)

Dancing atop a glowing RV overlooking the rave on East Freemont after the Halloween parade.  No big deal… (jk.  it WAS a big deal and  There was a fire breathing dragon float to my left!)

Doin our 80s rock moves and deep lunges.  We were into it.  People were mildly amused.

We met a real witch with a real fat rat!!! EHEHEHEHE

YES.  WERK!!!  Superman and I did a pas de deux into a fish on Freemont St.  People clapped.  photo 1

Best costumes of the night.  So creepy!!!!!!

Us outside after one of our 8 hour rehearsals this week!!

Tonight we went to see Megan in her last performance in Tony and Tina’s Wedding at Bally’s Las Vegas as The Nun before she leaves with us as a singer in our cast on the ship!  Was a fun time!!

I can’t wait to go on the ship and hang out on the beaches of Hawaii, Bahamas, Mexico and spend 5 months with these crazy sons of bitches.  It’s gonna be a blast!!!!!!!!!!! 😀

Throwin’ On My Louboutins

I mean….I had such an awesome couple of days!
First I was Skipper with our Barbie photoshoot….

Then I went to pole class today at Pole Dance Fitness which was lots of fun! I did a headstand for the first time! SO cool!

Then Elyse and I went straight to Caesar’s Palace for lunch and shopping but before we could even stop for a bathroom break we were in Christian Louboutin and there I was buying my brand spankin new high heels with the beautiful red soles!

They were my Christmas present from my daddy, and half from my New Year’s Eve gig! So thank you daddy!!!! 🙂

After that little pit stop we had lunch at Cheesecake Factory and spent more money doing more shopping. Went to Elyse’s and watched DEXTER!!!!!
For dinner we met up with lots of friends at Mint Indian Bistro which was delicious!!!!! Highly recommend this place over that India Palace! They were amazing, nice, food was great, loved it. After dinner we met up with Kelly for drinks at Crown and Anchor, our (until now) favorite pub to go to. They are discontinuing the raspberry cider which I am very depressed about. 😦 Not happy about this! But I got a pear cider and we chatted until 2:30am.

Such a great day off! Back to work tomorrow and then Jubilee! auditions are Monday!! Going to be another awesome week!!! Hope everyone enjoys the weekend!! What are your plans?

My 24th Birthday!

What a crazy week! Wednesday was my birthday at work (technically at 12am) so after our last show we went to Sugar Factory in Paris to get cookie jar shakes and dinner. Shakes were amazing. Food has gone WAY downhill in the last month w the new chef. Great friends though and I got some cute gifts and cards. 🙂

20121124-053140.jpgThursday I hosted my very own afternoon English tea party at my house. I used my gorgeous new tea set and made cucumber sandwiches and blueberry muffins. We also had cookies, crumpets, scones, jam, lemon curd, and of course English breakfast tea. We wore cute outfits, listened to fancy music, and chatted. It couldn’t have been more perfect!! That evening I went to work and, oh yes, it was thanksgiving. In the employee dining room we got turkey, gravy, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. It was good, but a poor substitute for my dads holiday meals.

20121124-053308.jpg20121124-053356.jpg20121124-053443.jpgToday on our Friday off we did a little Black Friday shopping, as one does, for a few hours. Went back to Elyse’s to eat special Voodoo donuts fresh from Portland! Best donut I’ve ever had!!!! And watched killer karaoke. Wow. Pretty funny I have to say.

20121124-053511.jpgAfter that we headed to McQueen at The Wynn to try on some dresses, ya know, the usual typical average Friday.  😉  Pretty tree in The Wynn.

Met up with some chicas from the show at India Palace because I’d been longing for some Indian. Man, that place was a let down! Bad service, rude waiters, bad expensive food, and we were there for 2 hours!!!! We will not be going back!

Finally at 11pm it was time to head over to Charlie’s gay bar to watch two of our Jubilee! guys in drag! The show was great and I had fun dancing and drinking dirty Shirley’s!!!! 😮

20121124-053523.jpg20121124-053537.jpgWas an awesome weekend and it ain’t even the weekend yet. ;). Sunday I fly home to Orange County for some R&R, bday celebrations, sister’s 21st bday, thanksgiving round 2, downtown Disney, and lots of food. 🙂 can’t wait!

Friday: The Asylum, Heart Attack Grill, Bar Hopping

Today I woke up at 4pm and had some breakfast, Cinnamon Toast Crunch for the win.  Met up with friends in downtown LV and went to The Asylum, a crazy scary Halloween maze right on Freemont St! We were scared out of our minds!!!!! I have to say it was scarier than Knott’s Scary Farm, maybe because it was 8 minutes long, or just because the people were so good.  They said it was ranked #13 Scariest Haunted House sooooooo thats pretty good.

After that we went to Downtown Cocktail Lounge. I got an interesting Pumpkin Spice drink that was not good so ordered a cherry flavored concoction called an Onomatopoeia instead.

After that we headed to the Heart Attack Grill!!! I was SO excited to go because I saw it on Diners, Dives, and Drive Ins. We all donned patient robes and ordered our Single Bypass Burgers with fries. It was pretty delicious topped with 5 slices of bacon. There were some very large people in the joint, but the best/worst part is that if you weigh yourself on the scale and you weigh over 350 lb your burger is free! 😮

Helping to fight anorexia one burger at a time!!! Or should I say 4!

The scale outside where passersby can see how much you weigh!!!  So we all stood on it together.

Single Coronary Bypass Burgers

Chocolate Butter Fat Shake topped with a slab of butter!

Elyse and her Quadruple Coronary Bypass burger with 20 slices of bacon!

After burgers we bar hopped downtown to Beauty Bar where there are super sparkely walls and fake hair dryers, Don’t Tell Mama where there are amazing singing waitresses who play piano and harmonize, and The Griffen. Finally, to celebrate Derrick’s departure we ended the night at gay club Share.

Me and Kelly at Beauty Bar!

Another fantastic evening in Vegas if I do say so myself till 4:30am.

Tonight at work is the first day of my second contract! All the newbies start tonight so ill no longer be “New Girl.” 😉

Surf and Sand Hotel, Laguna Beach

My aunt Rita, second from left, reps hotels and treated her 3 favorite nieces to a night at the Surf and Sand Hotel on the water in Laguna Beach, CA. The hotel is gorgeous and the views are even better. There’s nothing in front of the hotel but beach and lapping waves. Unfortunately it was raining this weekend, but we sat by the fire and chatted. It was lovely!

We had the penthouse suite, which can go for up to $3,000 a night in the summer. We felt very special.

Yesterday night we went to the bar in the hotel called Splashes which is literally right on the beach. You can’t get a better view of the ocean. We watched the sunset and ordered drinks, truffle cheese fries, calamari, and fish tacos. We had a great time hanging out together with family we hardly ever get to see since everyone is so busy!

Thanks so much to Rita and Elite Resorts and Spas. If you’re in the mood for an amazing weekend at a fabulous resort, call them up!! 🙂 www.eliteresortsandspas.com and tell them Natalie sent you!!!!

So yesterday was crazy busy. I’ll try and be brief. But I took a photo of every major event, and maybe some that don’t matter. Here’s what I wore. Top from H&M, black pencil skirt, and Zara heels. We attended a chapter meeting so we had to look good.

Had lunch at Gulfstream in Corona del Mar with my boss and best selling author Iris Krasnow, who is hysterical, to celebrate our book launch and to talk about our next book.

Since I was in Newport, I couldn’t resist getting a box of $14 Sprinkles cupcakes! Deliciousssss. Thats breakfast lunch and dinner right there. Dur.

Did a little of this.

Drove up to Beverly Hills to see the boyfriend and have dinner with the men on Beverly.

Then spent the rest of the night at Meg’s private bday party at Drai’s classy nightclub at the W Hollywood.

What a nutso crazy day! It was quite fun though besides the driving. And now for more parades today.

Back to the Basics

Oh em gee.  Today I had Michael take some photos of me as my new head shots.  I’ve been using an old pic from about 7 years ago and that don’t look good when auditioning for dance jobs.  Sooo I’m glad I got that little task done.    I’m definitely going to need some professional advice on which one to pick for my headshot.  There are a couple acceptable ones I’ll post tomorrow.   After that we enjoyed a delicious dinner at BJ’s and our waitress was one of Fiona’s friends from middle school.  We eat there wayyyy too much and see her every time…  hahaha.

I just threw this outfit on after taking head shots, but I liked my blue and brown matching-ness.
